3. Do you specialise in colour corrections?

Absolutely. Colour correction is one of our signature services. We approach every correction with care, honesty, and a plan that protects your hair’s integrity while achieving the most beautiful result possible.

4. Do you offer re styles or trend cuts?

We are professionals with many years experience and have seen styles come and go, often an old style   so what ever it is  be it or whatever its called – chances are we have done it or can do it ( evenm if we dont konw the new name : ) . The best way to be certain we can achieve your vision  is send a couple of pictures of what your idea is and come for a consultation ! Current hair cut styles we are familiar with include-

5. What about current colour trends , can you offer something I have seen on a picture

Fashion changes and colour trends do too! We are colour experts with our Salon Director having undertaken extensive advanced colour specialist course with L’Oreal . This means not only are we able to offer the latest trends we can asses and tailor it to suit your skin tone, natural features and hair condition ! We will always make recommendations based on what is best for your hair and your vision – if your hair is on poor condition or you want results that could compromise hair quality we will advise and therefore – sometimes we cant / will not conduct a service even if others might!

Peekaboo Placement: Bright, hidden dye under the top layer of hair.

Money Piece: Bold, contrasting face-framing blocks of colour.

Skunk Stripe: Single, thick streaks of bleached or neon colour.

Gemstone Tones: Jewel-toned shades like emerald green or sapphire blue.

Cherry Cola: Deep, sultry brunette with rich violet-red undertones

7. How do you ensure my hair stays healthy during colour or extensions?

We perform a detailed consultation, assess your hair’s current condition, and create a personalised plan. This may include:

  • Bond‑building treatments

  • Strengthening masks

  • Gentle lifting techniques

  • Multi‑session colour plans

  • Premium extension methods that avoid tension or breakage

A patch test is required before colour work and you and your hair’s health guides every decision.

8. What if my hair is damaged — can I still have colour?

 We may recommend a repair phase first. but we need to see what your hair islike and what you want . We’ll be honest about what’s safe, and we’ll design a plan that restores strength before moving into colour or lightening if its not imediatelly possible.
